A woman from New York is planning a $250,000 wedding for her dog to raise money for the Humane Society of New York. Wendy Diamond said the wedding between her dog, Baby Hope, and a Virginia dog chosen after an online vote, will feature a $15,000 seven-piece orchestra and a $6000 custom wedding dress among other lavish items. She said, "It's going to be the sweetest wedding -- and just one of the funniest evenings ever. I never need to get married, now, because this wedding has everything." Diamond's coordinator is Harriette Rose Katz who planned Billy Baldwin's wedding to Cheyenne Phillips. (New York Daily News)
